Carr and Kenny Minchie that gives him confidence that he can start a quarterback that has,

at most, three passes in a college game.

And here's what he said.

There's a lot of things, decision making.

Are you making the right decisions is probably the most

important thing, you know, delivering the ball, you know, the ability to create plays,

maybe when things are breaking down, you know, and taking care of the football. Like those are

things that we really, really evaluate.

And they've done a tremendous job at doing that.

I try not to be so outcome driven.

What's a completion percentage?

Because so many things go into that, right?

But hey, are we making the right decisions?
