Today, October 15th,

2025 is the 20-year anniversary events of the Bush-push game between Notre Dame

and Southern Cal. The Trojans, of course,

134 to 31. Does it make you feel good that we were both there, or does it just make you feel old,

knowing it was 20 years ago? Oh, that was, this is, when you, when I read that question,

that was the biggest, like, I'm old reality check that I know really long time.

It is amazing. 20 years is a really long time. And I remember that game like it was yesterday.

I remember standing next to you. I remember being on the sideline. I remember I wouldn't use the

word rushing the field, but we were on the field after that

fumble on the other side of the sideline. We were. And there was a lot of delirium. Notre Dame,

Notre Dame was rushing the field. Charlie Weiss was out on the field. Like, they all thought it was over.

100%. I remember looking to my left and seeing Charlie walking out onto the field to

get you know to you know meet the other head you know Pete Carroll and yeah and all of a

sudden the PA announcers like everybody off the field I'm like wait what what is happening

because I mean saw the fumble saw the ball go in the air.
