So here is the answer.

Lovely B, you better write down why you love your current job.

Why do you love that current job?

Let's get real specific about it.

And then let's look at this new job offer

and say, is there anything about this new job offer that pays me $10 more an hour that is similar?

And can I get to a, oh, I could love this new job. If the answer is no, I'd probably pass on the $10 more an hour.
