Yeah, this is going to be the first episode of season number three.

Yeah, we feel so weird.

I feel weird that the camera's on that. It makes me feel a little bit nervous.

We're so used to that, aren't we? Season three, the reason why...

Well, we weren't going to do season three,

as you probably heard,

until we get the new house

and we get the new podcast set up,

but we thought, why wait?

Like, let's just dive into it now.

We all currently sit at number two

in the fitness podcast charts,

which is great,

so it was a bit weird. I'm so used to just be in next you because like obviously we always

have a hate that so much. It actually kills my freaking soul. So yeah, I find it we're being

set opposite Ben just because usually like we do show notes before we do the podcast

and we i can kind of see his show notes like what he's basing himself off but today i'm just like

i don't have a clue what he's going to talk about but it always makes it quite interesting do a little bit

but i think this season three it'd be good because i know a lot of people like watching us and you can now

see my beautiful face as well as everyone else which is ideal the other thing just to introduce
