The other day, I got off a Zoom call with several of my girlfriends and as I shut my laptop I thought to myself, “I don’t know how easy it is to be my friend.”

I don’t say this to make them feel bad,

0:44.3	each other at this point in time, we prioritize setting up Zoom calls just to check in, see

0:56.6	I got off the Zoom call, I clicked a leave meeting and I thought to myself, I don't know
1:02.8	if it's easy to be my friend and let me get into it.
1:06.8	I do think that I am a thoughtful person and I try my best to respond in text messages
1:12.6	in a timely manner and I'm really good at sending memes to my friends.
1:17.0	I speak in meme but what I fail to consider is that oftentimes when I'm having a conversation
1:24.2	with my friends, I turn it into a coaching session.
1:31.5	My poor friends have to work with me as if they're subscribed to the podcast in real life.

1:38.9	If somebody texts me a question, I always use the approach that we use on the inside of
