but I have to give you a PSA, public service announcement, because I, as a little business owner,

I didn't know anything about this until maybe like a week or two ago. And when I heard about it,

I thought it was a scam. If you have an LLC or a business of

any kind, and you know anybody who has an LLC or a business of any kind, the heat is coming for us

from right around the corner. Everybody who has an LLC has to file something called a B-O-I,

beneficial ownership information report. Boyer. And this is a new thing. As of 2024, it has to be filed by December 31st. So like, where have I been? I've been doing boring stuff like that. Why are we doing this? What is this about? This is courtesy of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, F-C-E-N, which is a spinoff of the U.S.

Treasury Department. Let's read their mission statement, shall we? Their mission is to safeguard the

financial system from illicit activity, counter money laundering, and the financing of terrorism to promote

national security through strategic use of financial authorities and the collection,

analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence. They're worried about us. You got a president

coming in. Why don't you follow the $2 billion of Saudi money that Jared Kushner's equity firm got?

Why don't you investigate the $7.8 million that Trump got the last time he was a sitting president from foreign governments?

The House Oversight Committee looked into it. Why don't you look into that? No, no. Instead, you're going to have all of us, all the working class, all the proletariat, fill out some more papers for you. Oh, oh, wait, I forgot to tell you the best part. If you don't fill it out, there are penalties if you don't fill it out. And all kinds of accounting people that I assume know what the hell they're talking about are telling me it's going to be $500 something dollars a day for every day that you are
