I made everybody mad and I mean everybody.

You know, that's just kind of one of the realities that you have to get used to working at On Three.

It never was like this back in the old days for us because On Three has such a massive college football following on the main account

and we do a lot of things and they're so good at graphics that like that is just part of the job

description like I used to make people mad at the athletic because like that's kind of who I am as a

human but like never at this rate like maybe once every six months I think somebody would be angry

at me but like now it's

like every other week and i've actually got like my whole body is a callus it's just one big

cow well so the the other day somebody said well you went to on three and all you do is rank

things now i'm like no i don't rank things any more frequently than i did when i was at

s i were the. I just have better

graphics now. Yeah. They do a better job of cleanly promoting it.

That to me is

one of the best things about it because your stuff and your name

gets out there. But on the other hand, too,

the issue that it's not on three's fault is just the reality

is that sometimes when they put graphics out there, people only, not sometimes every time, people only react to the graphic and not the rationalization or the context or even the reason why you think so.

I also don't think they care about the reasons.

They just want it to look like they want it to look.

And I get that. I'm the same way.
