So I just, I always, I always like to hear how things are going.

I try to live. I live vicariously through you. I like where you are. I think we've

had this conversation. I don't know if we had it on as we're, you know, on our podcast or just in general.

I always thought if you asked me, I've been retired eight years now, but if you asked me 15 years ago or

20 years ago, where am I going when I retire, where am I going to go? I would

have said Phoenix, the Phoenix area, probably Scottsdale where you actually are. One of my best
