is rank the starters on the This is just literally how good that player is at that position and then ranking them in order of best to worst.

So it doesn't matter what position you play, It's how good are you as a football player in that role and then ranking them one through

22 and so the reason for doing this is we always talk about how you can upgrade and where you can get better.

And so just as much as I want to identify who the premier toptier players on the team are, I want to identify who the

upgradeable players are as well and when we look at the upgradeable players are

are they players that can improve or are they maxed out and this is as good as they will ever be.

And I think it helps us with our understanding of the roster and some of the camp battles that could be ahead of us

on training camp just a few weeks away and some of the long-term thoughts on building the

roster.
