my life has never been as different as it is right now.

I consider myself to be resistant to change.

It's stressful, it's uncertain, and it's everything I try to avoid.

But now, most Sunday nights bring a sense of calm to me.

My favorite part, reading everyone's coping mechanisms on Twitter and Instagram as they attempt

to set themselves up for a successful week ahead.

So this week, I thought I'd do something that I've only done one other time before.
