It just wasn't right sitting here on my own last week. Felt a bit gloomy and sad, mate.

Sun was shining, but there were clouds still hovering above me.

I'll see in a minute that was my favorite part of the entire episode I got to be on it the truth is I had one I had one

I needed a breather and so I actually stopped I pressed pause on the record and I went

and I made a cup of tea and I genuinely sat down, watched a bit of, what did I watch,

watched one of those like emergency room shows, you know, like casualty 24-7.

I sat down and watched one of those for 10 minutes with my cup of tea while I processed and

thought about what I was going to exactly talk about and came back. I was like,
