0:43.1 | If you've been around over the last few weeks, you know I was sharing about a big pain flare-up I had. |
1:03.1 | And as I think I was discussing last week, there wasn't any particular intervention that was required other than rest and surrender inside myself, which we'll discuss some today. |

1:14.1 | Things do continue to still feel like quite a grind, though. |

1:33.2 | Maybe you heard me mention that. But still, it just feels like moving through molasses or just like there's a big wet blanket over everything. |

1:46.1 | So I'm finding things that fill me with joy. |

1:54.7 | which I know is such a darn cliche, |
1:56.4 | where it's like, I'm making bread during the pandemic. |
1:58.7 | Well, I didn't make any bread during the pandemic, |
2:00.5 | but two months ago, I got completely fed up with the bread that we were buying at the supermarket. |
2:06.8 | It was expensive, it was crappy, it had all kinds of junk in it when you look in the ingredients, |
2:12.3 | even the healthy brands, you know? So I just got fed up and I spent a couple hours watching YouTube videos on how to make bread. |
