Summary

Nobody understands the border crisis quite like Vince 'Rocco' Vargas. Though most know him now as the actor behind Gilly Lopez on FX's 'Mayans M.C.', Vince is also a retired specialized law enforcement BORSTAR agent, where he operated for years on both sides of the border. 1:33.7	out, and I thought about doing firefighting, right, like my dad, my brother. And he talked about
1:39.3	Border Patrol, and I was confused, but I was like, dude, he's Hispanic. Why would he even want
1:43.0	of a Border Patrol? I wasn't educated on any of it. I didn't even know what the career
1:47.7	field consisted of, but it just thought it was odd. And he talked about the special operation of
1:51.8	the Border Patrol and how what they do is very similar to what Rangers do, but in country.
