Do you think it's fear of prison, fear of like societal shame that stops people from doing say some of the things that we're talking about Randy Kraft doing.

Like you think there's a significant portion of the population

that if the threat of being caught

or the threat of punishment was removed from the scenario.

Would people do that sort of thing?

I'm going to pull a Bill Clinton on you and say it depends what you mean on significant.

More than would terrify me, probably. What do you think that percentage

is? But I think the vast majority of people when given that chance would not be able to do it.

I think you most of the things you would see would be like a heat of the moment, like a bar fight, someone's drunk, oh I'm allowed to kill you, now I'm going to do it.

Yeah, like if you had a Purge Night scenario where you could go out and do some of this type of stuff

to another human being with no fear of consequences.

What percentage of people would do it?

Go out and kill people with no consequences.
