I wanted to give a little bit of an update

as to how I'm doing, like I said,

I'll keep this one brief. Compared to last week, things are pretty much the same.

I think things have stabilized a bit but I you know I largely expected that you know it says it's one of those things look the stuff takes time and

That's all that there is to it. It takes time

So it'll be as long as it is

But no no substantial updates otherwise. I mean I'm moving around more trying to take

some little walks here and there, but nothing incredible. Sometimes it just it frustrates me,

because, you know, I want to move around faster.

I want to just be able to go and pick something up and not have to worry about it but sometimes I'll forget

and then I'll do something and then you know there's that sharp pain once again but it's just something I'll
