This is the voice of the report of the week signing on. Hello everyone, I wanted first and foremost to apologize for the little bit of the delay and really the consistency issues because I mean I get it.

The consistency issues with getting this show out,

ever since, I mean ever since Christmas, and I apologize for that I know for the

longest time it's been a weekly broadcast.

I'm going to try to keep that up.

But I just can't make a confirmed guarantee.

I wish I could.

I wish I could say, yeah, it's going to be out

every Thursday from now on. I'm going to try my best, but again I can't make

any promises. Because it just seems like it's been one thing after the next.

And some days, I mean, it's so frustrating to me

where I just want to sit here and I want to rip my hair out you know and I just want to yell at myself I want to say

just

record the effing show.

And some days it's for different reasons.

The other day, I went over to the microphone.

I said, all right, I got to get this done.

I just couldn't do it.

I think it was just too much on my mind, there's a lot of anxiety.

Yeah, it's one of those things, if you've been there, you get it, if you haven't, it's like, you know,

what are you doing?

But here we are again. Today's a little bit of a... doing.
