to breaking down the idea the players involved, why the Warriors would or wouldn't do it,

and then give you my alternative.

Today's episode deals with a trade down with the Hawks for John Collins.

All right, I'm really excited about this.

The first random fake trade of the week comes from Ollie underscore season 14 on Twitter,

who writes Zandwick.

The Hawks get Kavanaugh-Loney, Jordan Poole, and the number two pick.

And the Warriors get John Collins and Kevin Herder.

I'll start by breaking down some of the players and then get to some of the reasons why or why not the Warriors would do it and then finish the episode with my alternative trade idea.

But the John Collins idea has come up a lot in my mentions.

And that's why I wanted to sort of tackle it here on the first edition of

this random fake trade of the week series. Look, I sort of answered this in a past mailbag question,

but I've been giving it a lot of thought. I think John Collins would be a decent fit with the Warriors.

Look, he's a 40% three-point shooter on 3.6, 3-point attempts per game.

Obviously, he can go out and score.
