I don't know if we can rebuild or be able to come back from this.

After the storm swept into the southeast last week, floodwaters, downing bridges

and submerging entire towns like Chimney Rock, North Carolina, now destroyed.

And as cleanup begins, large swaths with communities like here in Nashville,

North Carolina, still underwater. From above the city, heartbreaking views. Some areas still

unreachable by water slow to recede. I've never seen anything like this. I mean, there were

buildings fully submerged. My mother lives in a nursing home.

We tried to get there today and you just can't.
