McGahn and the other people I mentioned are very key to a consideration of impeachment for obstruction of justice, abuse of power,

all the things that were in the Mueller report.

But we have other grounds that we have to look into, too,

and we'll be holding hearings of violations of the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

And just the fact of withholding opposing all congressional subpoenas.

That was Article 3 of the Nixon impeachment.

And here he's gone way further, even to the extent of saying we'll oppose all subpoenas,

which is another way of saying we don't recognize the separation of powers.

And we were going to aggrandize power to the executive branch, which is a core impeachable.

And there are others, too. So we'll be looking at all of these things.

Yeah. And you know another thing that you should look at, and I know this is, you know, this is like heady stuff, but under United States domestic and international law

and treaties that we've signed, which are the Supreme Law of the United States,

the locking up of immigrants for a civil crime of visa overstays

or for making claims of asylum, which is completely legal, no matter where you enter,

you don't have to enter at a port of entry. You could enter anywhere in the United States.

And once you have a foot on American soil, you can make a claim of asylum. And you then are due,

due process to see if there's a credible fear. Deporting people back to places where they've made a claim of credible fear,

just deporting these people, and they end up dead. We deported a guy who was an Iraqi guy

who had never, ever been to Iraq in his life, never

been to Iraq. He was like, you know, six months old when he was brought here. And I think he was in
