New today, investigators say the attack on the Highland Park, Illinois, July 4th parade was pre-planned and that 21-year-old Robert Bobby Creamo was in disguise when he shot into the crowd more than 70 times with a gun he purchased legally. This photo shows the 21-year-old in a wig dressed as a woman. During the attack, Primo was dressed in woman's clothing, and investigators do believe he did this to conceal

his facial tattoos and his identity and help him during the escape with the other people
