Congress is back in Washington today.

And a second economic stimulus package is on the agenda.

Democrats want one thing. Republicans want another.

There was a meeting at the White House earlier today, led by Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin.

We're focused on starting with another trillion dollars. The focus is really about kids and jobs and vaccines.

Also, the president made very clear he wants to sign another bill that includes a payroll tax cut.

I would consider not signing it if we don't have a payroll tax cut, yes.

A lot of Republicans don't want it.

We already know what Democrats want. That's in the form of the Heroes Act that was passed back in May.

The ball is now in Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's court to write the Senate Republican version.
