This is a congressman, you say, who's district Trump won, who's been a regular supporter on Fox News and elsewhere publicly defending the president.

He would only agree to speak with you, you know, not even on the phone, not even on the street.

You would go walk the aisles of a D.C. Safeway with him, looking at cereal and dairy.
