0:15.9	Randall, when, from your perspective, do you believe human civilization has been at its most advanced
0:23.9	technological state? Are we at peak technology today from your perspective?
0:29.9	I think we are at a different technology. We built a civilization on fossil fuels, essentially.
0:39.2	And fossil fuels is not the only source of energy upon which we could build a civilization.
0:46.2	And you've just asked a very controversial question right out of the gate.
0:51.7	My thought is probably, a definite possibility, probably.
1:01.0	I can't prove it, but there's so much circumstantial evidence that there have been
1:05.9	other orders of civilization that utilize completely different energy regimes.
1:13.3	Primarily based, I would believe, if I had to conjecture, I would believe on plasma based upon
1:19.6	the utilization of plasma, the fourth state of matter.
1:23.8	Because I've seen prototypes that are being tested now as we speak that seem to have a lot of parallels with descriptions of some of the ancient civilizations years ago.
1:34.1	It's been a while, but I kind of immersed myself into Vedas.
1:37.5	And I do remember reading, you know, the Vamana, the flying machines, the Vajra, the ultimate instrument of cosmic power.
1:48.1	I believe behind those stories, there is actual technologies that were being employed that have been forgotten.
1:56.6	And mainstream archaeology doesn't really go there.
1:59.5	But before we started the official podcast, we were talking about some of the stuff that I research and explore.
2:07.6	And I said I study catastrophism, what I said, the nonlinear events, the discontinuities within the history of this planet and these are civilizations on this planet.
2:22.3	And what is not appreciated, for example, by a lot of archaeologists that look at, that are trying to recreate the past history of human kind on the earth is how enormous and severe and extreme some of these events have been.
