I think there are anger issues.

Rand Paul has come out and said he's not going to vote to approve Mark Wayne Mullen as the new DHS secretary.

And so keep in mind here, we got 53 senators that are Republicans. So you

scratch one off the list so far. That's Rand Paul. We got a other couple of squish Republicans

out there like Susan Collins in Maine and Lisa Murkowski in Alaska. They can never be counted on for

anything. And then all of a sudden, we can't lose one more Republican senator or this guy's

vote's going to fail and he's not going to
