Week 9 featured some serious fantasy football groin shots. You had the Rams stumbling on offense against the Titans. The Cowboys looked incompetent against the Broncos. The Chiefs won but continued to look inept against the Packers. And the Saints couldn't do much on offense to dissuade the Falcons.
