I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Filmroom podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike. And I missed the pod after we played Atlanta. That was a game that really stood out to me, and I've been looking forward to talking to you all about it. Now, Atlanta is not a very good team, right?

They're, you know, without Trey Young, they're not very good on defense normally anyway,

although I think they were like eighth on defense coming into that game post All-Star

break and playing with a lot of spirit. I love Jalen Johnson, super fun player to watch. He had

some great plays in that game. But what really stood out to me in that game, guys, was how athletic LeBron and AD looked collectively in that game.

I thought in terms of their individual athleticism, it was their most athletic game.

And that's something that above all else, right, we've talked recently a lot about on-ball shot creation and things like that.

And these things are certainly tied together. But in terms of where LeBron and AD's historical

dominance has started, it's that they are massive human beings who are really athletic for

their size D. And over the course of 82, they don't always leverage it. LeBron as the, as the

oldest player in the league,

AD, you know, carrying so much of the defensive load and has had various leg injuries and

whatnot, as has LeBron. But LeBron made some comment, forgive me, I'm not quoting him directly,

but it was something like it's go time, right? We're at that point of the season, where it's

really time to turn it up.
