Patriots will open up their regular season this coming Sunday afternoon against Miami,

but for now, they're spending all of

their time in scenic West Palm Beach, Florida. The team was out at practice at Palm Beach

Atlantic University again yesterday. Devin McCordy and the defense are getting ready for a tough

cover in Tyreek Hill. Now we're going against a guy and a whole new offense, so it's not as easy as

throwing up to Kansas City film and saying, let's do something similar to what we did before. Like, I think it's going to be different trying to say, you know, this guy could be like, you know, he could be like in this role. But it's hard to really tell. And that's what's hard about week one games. Everyone on the active 53-man roster was present and accounted for again yesterday.

Four players were limited. Isaiah win. Time Montgomery, Jacoby Myers, and Safety Joshua Bledso.

Patriots have also signed free agent offensive lineman Marcus Cannon to the practice squad.

In other NFL news, Buffalo beat the Rams in LA last night, 31 to 10 to open up the regular

season for everybody.

Josh Allen threw for 297 yards and three touchdowns and added a rushing TD as well.

Rams head coach Sean McVeigh and GM Les Sneed also signed contract extensions through 2026.

The European news outlets, Sportando reports the Celtics Danilo Golanari will undergo major knee surgery in the

next week to 10 days. Red Sox had last night off. They're in Baltimore tonight. And Major League

Baseball is looking into rule changes for next season. The competition committee will

reportedly vote on bending the shift, larger bases, an official and an official pitch clock for next season later today.
