That was Chef Changpiao Wang.

For the last 30 years, she's been on a mission to investigate, test, and preserve classic

time in street food.

Her students, many of them professionals, often end up cooking and selling street food

for a living, continuing that long tradition of Taipei.

I'll be speaking to reporter Jason Struther about his trip to Taipei and his interview

with Chef Changpiao Wang in just a bit.
