Welcome to another episode of Pretty Lies and Alibis.

It is Sunday and we haven't had a lot of news about the case over the weekend,

but we had a list of topics that we were going to talk about on Friday,

but we ended up and got the affidavit for Chad, we covered that we wanted to do another

podcast for you tonight just to go back and cover what we were gonna talk

about and so just to get started we're to jump right in we just want to summarize

What happened on June the 9th? There was a search warrant executed at Chad Daybell's home and during that search warrant they found the remains of Tiley and J.J. buried

separately on his property and Chad was subsequently arrested there after he tried to flee.

So since June the 9th, Chad's been in jail.

There in Fremont County on a $1 million bail, same as Lori, she's still being held on $1 million bail same as Lori she's still being held on $1 million bail and we have

some preliminary hearings coming up although there has been a date change for

Chad's preliminary hearing. That will take place now on

August the second and the third. It was originally July 1st and 2nd. So we just

wanted to make you aware of that and and I guess the big question everybody's asking right now is why haven't we

heard a cause of death or any kind of upgraded charges and fruit

what what do you think's going on with that?

I would think that one is taken a little bit longer.

We know Tylie's remains were, you know, found, sorry, were not, were not. Sorry.
