Summary

With Iain somewhere en route to the Players Championship, it's up to Andrew and Eddie to hold the fort this week, which they don't technically manage to do as Andy Murray scales the walls to join in and look ahead to the Sunningdale Foursomes. There is also conversation about Eddie's performance in Johannesburg and how he can carry the solid form of his South African trip forward when he has little competitive golf coming up, except to partner with a former tennis player against the man who was once the best youth golfer in Europe. The wins for Dan Bradbury, Akshay Bhatia and Jon Rahm are also discussed, while they wonder if there should be concern about the form of Scottie Scheffler or the injury to Rory McIlroy. The answer is probably no, but serious worries remain about the number of dogs heading for Sunningdale.

But anyway, it doesn't really work. I don't know what I'm talking about. Eddie Pepperell, how are you just fresh back from South Africa? Very fresh indeed. It's going to drop it a good time tomorrow morning for all the people traveling to watch myself and Andy play in the Sunningdale Foresums. They'll be able to listen to the podcast, which are on their six, seven hour journey down from far up north, I'm sure, to watch me play, watch us play.

Well, I'm wondering about the people who travelled especially down to South Africa to watch

1:20.1

play in the South African Open, and we had confirmation that they did actually do that,

1:24.4

then surely there will be some South Africans if they're committed.

1:44.4

And, you know, I hope that South African followers of Eddie will be committed, that they'll make the journey to Sunningdale. It's going to be a good crowd, I think. I'm a little concerned about Andy Murray's commitment to the cause. I mean, I've just spent 12 hours in economy coming back overnight, so I'm going to be operating on very little sleep. He could have course chartered a private jet for me and jen to get home to run style getting you out of south africa

2:17.1

I mean, so you're referring to Reese Carrey, the Welsh prop, because I was doing a couple of games at the weekend. I was doing Scotland against France, which was the BBC's live game. But on Friday night, I was doing commentary on Ireland against Wales, which was a really good game in Dublin, Wales or getting it back together again.

2:35.3

I was trying to do, as soon as I said it, I thought a couple of things. I thought, I thought,

2:39.4

I'm deeply ashamed of myself, but also I thought, I know that that will be clipped up and used as
