Inchalah to all today we are we have two tasks before us one of them is to finish up

the brief accounts of Jewish history that Allah aluja mentions in these passages from the fifth

passage on of the Sura and then get into one of the longest accounts Allah Aza

Oazuja decided to highlight one of those many stories. Each one of the stories that I shared

with you and each one of the incidents has a long story behind it. But Allah did not make a long

account out of any of them. He mentioned each of them briefly and kept on moving on. And we're going to see one of the last

ones now and then is going to be the story of the cow and it's been emphasized and

prolonged more than any other. If it was to be spoken about like any of the other cases it would have been one aya, maybe two ayaat, then you move on.

You can make a cursory reference to it. But the fact that it was emphasized so unusually is probably what led some of the Sahab or many of them

to even coin the name of the Suras, so it's Ulbakara.

The names of the Suras you should know are not necessarily from revelation, meaning it's not necessarily that Ursul Sala Salah al-Lah who al-Iles

named the Suras. In some narrations and some Ahadith you do find him naming

the Suras. But in other narrations you find the companions having multiple names for a single

sura and it was kind of like the thing that really became prominent from within

that sorta like a marker that really stood out to them that's how they name the surr.

So the names of the surras are more like nicknames

than they are names.
