| 0:34.5 | My brothers and sisters, yesterday we saw how Allah tells us to protect ourselves, to protect our eyes, to protect our ears, to protect the heart as well. |
| 0:47.5 | Because the intentions we have are of utmost importance. |
| 0:51.5 | Verse number 36 of Suratul Isra. |
| 1:09.5 | Do not pursue that which you have no knowledge of. |
| 1:11.5 | For indeed the faculty of hearing, the sight that you have and the heart will all be questioned by Allah. |
| 1:20.5 | We ask Allah, to protect us all and to grant us sound knowledge for us to be able to pursue that which is definitely beneficial for us to be able to spread that which we know for effect is correct. |
| 1:35.5 | Remember if you pursue something that is not correct, that is inaccurate, what would happen it would spread because of you. |
| 1:44.5 | And that ignorance, the sin of it would also get back to you. |
| 1:48.5 | May Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala not do that to us. |
| 1:51.5 | The next Surah is Surat Mariam. |
| 1:54.5 | In fact the Surah that we are speaking about, Surat Mariam, where Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala starts off by making mention of the du'a of Zakariya alaihi Salatu wa Salam. |
| 2:04.5 | He was quite old and he did not have any mail of spring. |
| 2:08.5 | So he continued to make du'a to Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala for mail of spring, even though he was very old. |
| 2:14.5 | And the beautiful words he used, a motivation to us. |
| 2:20.5 | He was old and Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says, verse number 4 of Surat Mariam. |
| 2:34.5 | Zakariya alaihi Salam says, oh my Lord, oh my Maker, oh you who is in control of every aspect of my existence. |
| 2:47.5 | My bones have become weak, meaning I am old, I am very old. |
| 2:51.5 | My bones are weak, my hair is now grey, but I will never ever be from amongst those who becomes hopeless or filled with misfortune. |
| 3:03.5 | Regarding the du'a to you, regarding calling out to you, I will call out to you, I will continue calling out to you, I will be convinced completely, right up to the end that you will respond when the time is right. |
