| 1:22.9 | so we would like to know how do we save ourselves it's extremely important Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has instructed us he has told us he has made the verses very clear he has sent Muhammad salallahu alayhi wa salam to explain to us exactly what he wants. |
| 1:46.9 | And so we will be looking at how to save ourselves every verse we look at we will be looking at it from the angle of adopting it or learning a lesson from it in the sense that if we do learn that lesson we will be able to save ourselves. |

| 2:56.9 | The simple translation is Lord of the worlds but if you take a deeper look the term Rabbun means the creator, Narisha, Cherishya, Sustainya, Provider, Protector, Cura the one in whose hands lies absolute control of every verse. |
| 3:12.9 | So the whole of every aspect of existence that is the term Rabbun so he who is the Rabb of entire alameen what would we be achieving by praising Allah? |
| 3:23.9 | Why should we be praising Allah upon all conditions? My brothers and sisters we would be depressed if we did not praise Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. |
| 3:32.9 | We would be able to save yourself from depression, from anxiety, from stress by praising Allah and thanking Him Alhamdulillah, Allah is the most important statement. |
| 3:42.9 | The Prophet peace be upon him taught us to thank Allah upon all conditions. This is why it is such an important statement. |
| 3:49.9 | This is why it is so powerful Alhamdulillah all praise is indeed due to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. |
| 3:57.9 | He says, Ajab al-Li Amri Al-Mukmin, for indeed all his affairs are indeed better for him. They are good for him. |
| 4:12.9 | For in Amrah, all of them are good for him. When goodness comes in our direction we are thankful to Allah. |
