Once again from amongst the companions of Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam we want

to get to know them a little bit better.

So when someone says a name we should have an idea of who the person was.

The first that we will be discussing this evening, Abdullah Ibn Abbas, Radya Allahu

He was born in Islam which means he was born already when Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam

was sent as a messenger and he was born three years prior to the hijrah itself.

So as he was born Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam is the one who was asked to do his

technique.

Technique is when a little date is chewed slightly and it is taken placed into the mouth of

a new born with a slight bit of saliva it would be rich in iron and at the same time high

in spirituality.
