My brothers and sisters if we take

If we take a look at Amar ibn Al-Khatab, Radyallahu A'n, and Ali ibn Abi Thali, Radyallahu

A'n, these two were both stabbed and they were both stabbed in Salatul Fajr and that is

how they were both martyred.

However, sometimes if we are not concentrating, we might swap the names of those who had

stabbed either one of them.

So just a clarification because it was brought to my notice that yesterday with a slip of

the tongue instead of saying Abu Lutlu Al-Majussi had stabbed Amar ibn Al-Khatab, I think

I said Abdul-Rahman ibn Mooljim.

Abdul-Rahman ibn Mooljim had stabbed Ali ibn Abi Thali, Radyallahu A'n, and Abu Lutlu

Al-Majussi had stabbed Amar ibn Al-Khatab, Radyallahu A'n, so it was just a clarification

that I needed to make although it was quite clear that it was just a slip of the tongue.

May Allah SWT grant us the concentration that is needed in Shaa'Allah.

But this evening we have a beautiful lesson because tonight we will be discussing some

of the female companions of Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
