Salallahu alayhi wa sallam.

We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to bless him and every single one of us.

O Allah, if we are to praise Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala morning, afternoon, evening, night,

every day of our lives, it will not be enough.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has blessed us with so much, so much.

Really, we appreciate this and we should be showing this appreciation by turning to Allah

Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

Honoured ulama, beloved brothers, sisters, dearest listeners,

the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan have roared into life.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to grant us the benefit of these last ten nights.

Tonight, one of the odd nights of this month of Ramadan, there is a possibility

that this may be the night that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala describes in Suratul Qadr

as being the night which is better than a thousand months.

We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to make us from those who can at least engage

in some form of extra active worship in these last ten nights.

Sometimes we are weak and we happen to have work the following morning

and we cannot stay awake all night.

But if we are to specialise the last ten nights with a certain deed or a few deeds

that are extra over and above those deeds we have been engaging in in the last twenty nights,

then definitely we stand a better chance to be accepted by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
