All praises indeed due to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala

blessings and salutations upon Muhammad SAW.

We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala

to bless him and bless every single one of us

and to grant us goodness.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is the owner of knowledge.

We ask him saying,

Ya Allah, grant us knowledge that is beneficial

and benefit us from the knowledge that you have granted us.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has decreed

that they will not be a Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

at the beginning of this surah.

However, just to mention a quick ruling,

if you are reading the Qur'an

and you have arrived at the beginning

of surah to Tawba whilst you were already reading

from surah to l-anfal,

then you will not say Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.

But if you are commencing the recitation of the Qur'an

in that particular sitting

from the beginning of surah to Tawba
