we ask Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to bless every single one of us and we ask

Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to grant us every form of goodness.

Honour the Qur'an beloved brothers and sisters and dearest listeners as we are

all aware every time the month of Ramadan sets in we are told that the first

ten nights are the mercy of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala the second the ten are

connected to forgiveness and the third are connected to freedom from the fire so

seeing that we have moved into the ninth of forgiveness inshaAllah tonight we

will look at the issue of forgiveness and repentance in the Qur'an and we ask

Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to make us from those who can turn to him and to make

us from those who will be forgiven if not tonight then every single night inshaAllah

and may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us the ability and acceptance to

repent to him on a daily basis. What is very interesting and very important is the

Prophet salallahu alayhi wa salam was instructed by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and

this instruction was for the messenger himself who was thinless he did not have

any sin and Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says

is ta'ufirillah seek the forgiveness of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

was ta'ufirillah seek the forgiveness of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala addressing

someone who had no sin at all subhanAllah and the Prophet salallahu alayhi

was said them used to seek forgiveness between seventy to a hundred times

every single day at times even more than that and yet he did not need that it
