| 0:52.0 | Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam against the Jal, I mean. Honour the Olamah, Beloved brothers and sisters, dearest listeners, today we have a very beautiful Surah that the women folk definitely need to look into and so do the men folk need to look into. |
| 1:10.0 | It is named after the women folk it is called Suratun Nisa for your information and Nisa meaning the women folk is a Surah in the Qur'an. |
| 1:20.0 | But there is no Surah in the Qur'an called or named a Rijal which means the men. This shows us the importance of the women folk and the fact that at times they are unfortunately abused and their rights are usurped and they are oppressed at times and the Surah if you look at the rules and regulations within the Surah they are drawing the attention to all of us to say do not oppress women folk |
| 1:47.0 | because without them the equation of reproduction would never be complete. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala grant us understanding. The opening verses Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala highlights one of the most important roles of women. |
| 2:01.0 | He says, Ya Ayuhana suttakurabbakumulladi khalakum minnafsiwahida, wa khalakumin hazaujah, wa bassamin humarijalankathirun wa nisaa, |
| 2:23.0 | wa takunlaha l-ladi tasa alunabin wal ar-ham, inna Allaha kanaa alaykum rakimba, |
| 2:35.0 | O people, be conscious of your abba, who has created you from a single soul male and female. |
| 2:45.0 | And thereafter he has caused your multiplication through this male and female and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala continues to say be conscious of your abba and be conscious of the wombs that gave birth to you according to one of the interpretations of this. |
| 3:04.0 | Ar-hamah, which means the wombs, that is the literal translation of the term ar-ham. Be conscious of the wombs that gave birth to you, be conscious of the women folk, be conscious of your relatives who are only related to you because of women, because the women gave birth to yourselves as well as those who are related to you. |
| 3:28.0 | May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala grant us an opening. And for this reason, this verse is repeated according to the Sunnah of Rasulullah, |
| 3:35.0 | salallahu alayhi wa sallam, whenever there is a nikah that takes place or a nikah is officiated, it is the Sunnah to repeat this verse, not to say fear Allah and fear your relations. |
| 3:48.0 | No, fear Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, be conscious of who is related to you and how they are related to you and be conscious of the wombs that gave birth to you. |
| 3:57.0 | We all know the rank of the mother in Islam is very, very high and lofty. The mothers look after us when we are young, when had they left us we would probably have died. |
| 4:08.0 | When we are so small, we are helpless, we scream and shout, we need to be cleansed and fed. And then when we grow old, 18, 20, 25, we divorce the same wombs that gave birth to us. |
| 4:21.0 | And I am using the term divorce because literally what happens a man gets married and next thing he kicks his mother out. |
| 4:28.0 | May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala grant us the balance. |
| 4:31.0 | And may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala make our women folk who are mothers also very merciful towards their daughters in law, because at times there is friction created solely because there is a tug of war when it comes to love. |
| 4:45.0 | But remember the love is not contradicting love, the love of a mother is totally different from that of a wife. |
