Hi everyone, it's Borkark in New York. We're meeting today between a prosecutor and a witness.

There's one heck of a story to tell. It's raising eyebrows. Michael Cohen, the insider

turned critic on the former attorney for Donald Trump met with Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg

for the 15th time today. Bragg, you'll recall, recently convened a grand jury as part of

his probe into hush money payments made by Trump through Cohen to stormy Daniels. It is the second

such meeting between the DA's office and Michael Cohen since this grand jury was convened. Cohen

is also the only person to have ever faced charges and connection to the payments to Daniels,

even though Trump was directly implicated in the case by the federal government. Back in 2018,

a sentencing memo for Michael Cohen, federal prosecutors said that Trump, quote, acted or Cohen,

sorry, quote, acted in coordination with and at the direction of individual one.

Individual one is none other than the disgrace twice impeached ex-president himself. The meeting

today is also taking place at a time when discussions of Trump's criminal culpability are being

roiled by allegations from veteran paramedics, veteran prosecutor Mark Parmerans, who yesterday said

that the question of criminal culpability over hush money payments is just one of many significant

unanswered questions about the multiple state, local, and federal investigations into the ex-president.

Watch that. I am myself at a loss to understand what happened at the conclusion of the hush money

investigation or for that matter why there was no federal investigation of Trump's business

finances, his tax returns, his financial statements. When the New York Times came out with its long

series on Trump's taxes in October 2020, I asked the question and I said, well, gee, you know,

this is going to prompt a federal investigation. I don't know why it didn't.

So nobody else does either. But now, Michael Cohen says that the Manhattan D.A. is moving

full steam ahead on its criminal probe into Trump's conduct. Here's what he said this morning.
