what I'm here for. I'm Dr. Eliza Pressman, developmental psychologist,

parent educator, clinical professor, and co-founder of Mount Sinai Parenting Center and Seedlings Group.

And I'm a mom trying to raise two good humans myself, so I'm in this with you.

Every day I have the privilege of helping guide parents

by translating the research and sharing science-backed tools

to make parenting easier and less stressful.
