start with being kind, you know, just be a decent unit and then, you know, I tell the kids like our family values

it's be loving be kind and respectful. Let's start there and then we can you know we can do other things but like that's the bare minimum like you guys you have to be

kind you have to respectfully have to be loving I think sometimes we as adults can use

those reminders you know because at the end of the day you know it's all about the

relationships and then none of us are going to get where we are by ourselves right like we all need people we all need community we need support to you know achieve the things we want to achieve and to you know make a better place, not to be too cliche and

cheesy, but so we just try to treat everyone kindness and dignity.

And that doesn't mean that we don't have to have tough conversations and we don't have to

tackle hard challenges within the businesses.

Kindness does not mean you have to be a doormat, but we do try to handle everything with

respect, dignity, kindness, and some love as well.
