Okay. Hey, everybody, Dan and Leslie here. Thanks for joining us today. You are not kidding. We literally stopped at Lowe's this week on the way home from the gym. And we were in there maybe 15 minutes when we walked in. It was bright and sunny and blue skies outside. When we walked out, it was raining. And we were like, oh, hello.

It is super interesting, the rainy season here in Florida. We're getting used to it now. But basically, sometime around May, like any time, like mid-May through early June, really like leading into hurricane season, which is technically June through November, we get rainy season.

And so when you are coming to Central Florida, if you're coming to Disney World, whatever it is, and you look at your app and you see rain on the forecast every single day during their summer vacation, that is,

1:15.1

you didn't get the bad luck or, you know, it is, it is expected, it is normal, and it doesn't

1:22.6

also mean that it's going to rain every minute of the day your entire vacation. It usually means that there will be

1:29.3

storms that push through in the afternoon. And like today, the storms that push through, they

1:33.9

It's very, very, like, spotty. Like, like, if the entire peninsula was blanketed in rain, that would be super unusual because it's usually just like bands coming through. Um, so, you know, like three miles north of us didn't rain at all. Yeah,

2:01.0

there was one time. I can't remember when it was, but we were leaving to go to the park or to a dining review or something. And you said, hey, can you look at the radar just to make sure that there's no rain? And so I looked and I was like, nope, says zero percent. Precipitation was zero. we get in the car and we're driving and it started sprinkling and he was like I thought you said

2:19.5

zero percent and I was we get in the car we're driving and it started sprinkling

2:18.1

and he was like I thought you said zero percent and I was like I did so I pulled it back up and sure

2:22.7

enough it was like now we have a percentage of rain I was like you have got to be kidding so we've

2:28.9

been very dry here in Florida lots of the southeast has been dry. I know there's been storms pushing through

2:35.2

the middle of the country. So our families are back in Oklahoma and they've been dealing with

2:38.6

spring storms. But here it's been pretty dry. And just this week, it has started raining every
