We're going to discuss the storylines for a two and five Raiders and a four and three

Jaguars riding a two-game losing streak.

Here's part one of our conversation.

Q Myers, man, what is happening with the Raiders?

I'm disappointed in the fact that Pete Carroll was supposed to come into that division

and be the fourth guy that is a Super Bowl caliber coach and it just looks like it ain't working.

Yeah, and that's the biggest storyline with this team, man,

is that they just haven't been able to put it together yet.

And Pete Carroll has told us multiple times at press conferences that they're not as far along as they thought that they were going to be and that he's surprised by that. And so I'm really interested coming off the by week, just like Jacksonville, want to know how these guys self-evaluated each other, how they sat down, him, Chip Kelly, Patrick Graham, how they sat down in a room together and said, okay, this is what we did good and this is what we didn't do good. Let's eliminate what we didn't do good and get back to what we do good. And I'll tell you, I think that, you know, getting this offense and the offensive philosophy to be on the same page is probably going to be what I'm paying attention to the most in this game. Are the Raiders aligned with each other as far as Pete Carroll and Chip Kelly with what they want to do offensively? And the reason I say that is you go and draft Ashti Genti number six overall. So naturally everyone believes you're going to be a team that's going to run the hell out of the ball. I don't know. Pete Carroll has won a Super Bowl running the hell out of the ball with

Marshawn Lynch. So everyone imagine that's what Pete Carroll's going to do. And it just hasn't been a

true commitment to running the ball. I mean, right now, Ashton Gentis is averaging, and this is just

on average, about 15 carries a game. And I don't think that that's what they drafted him number six

overall to be. And like the last time they played, he only got six touches. And that's, that's just not going to get it done. So I'm really interested to see if they've, you know, sat down, understood what they want to do with Chip Kelly and off and Pete Carroll as the, you know, the, the identity of this team. That to me has got to be the biggest storyline coming out of this, out of this,

this by week.
