So Ronald Williams linebackers coach, he's one of the younger coaches in the NFL,

34 years old, enter the NFL as the Chicago Bears defensive quality coach as well.

And he has ties to Vic Fangio's defensive system.

So that is huge.

And we're going to talk a little bit about the

defensive identity that the Raiders are putting together with obviously Robbie Leonard

at the head of that. Travis Smith, defensive line coach, Al Holcomb, senior defensive

assistant, Zach Azani, wide receivers coach. You know, I've read a lot of good things about him.
