And Mitch, we got to get to the quarterback situation. We're all aware of that. But the biggest

news that will impact generations, decades of D.C. life of Burgundy and Gold fans,

RFK Stadium is happening. They are going back to RFK. 2030 is the goal. I mean, truly one of the most exciting announcements of our lifetimes.

And maybe it doesn't feel as big because they already voted for it once and for whatever weird reason they have to vote for it again.

But I just, as much as there's Jaden and Marriota questions, like I I want to start with RFK because it's a huge, huge historic deal.

We both grew up watching this team.

We both grew up going to RFK, the bouncing stands, the seat game.

I mean, there's a million different things that we've, seat cushioned game.

There's a million different things we think of.

I have the Wheaties box right behind me with the 92 Super Bowl team.

It's so damn exciting.

It's been sad in the past week, two weeks,

seeing the videos of RFK coming down and them starting to take it out.

But the excitement of this team returning to actually Washington, D.C., playing in the

nation's capital in the shadow of the capital and the White House and Washington Monument

and all that is just so damn exciting. Yeah, dude, it's awesome. And I've even gotten to the point

where, you know, it got really sad how dilapidated and run down everything was over there,

but now seeing them tearing, like legit tearing it down, to me is exciting because that's
