Head to fandle.com to get started today. So the Raiders made another roster move on Monday. They made it official. They signed undrafted, a free agent wide receiver, Jonathan Brady. Jonathan Brady comes from Indiana by way of Cal, also by way of Las Vegas.

Bishop Gorman High School, he's a guy that was at rookie mini camp over the weekend on a tryout basis,

one of the many Indiana Hoosiers that was in the building, and he, in fact, did get signed on Monday.

The Raiders put out the email saying the 5'10, 183-pound wide receiver,

joins the Raiders after four seasons in college, playing two seasons at New Mexico State, before transferring to Cal in 2024, finally ended up in Indiana where he played a senior season in 2025, helping the Hoosiers to an undefeated season and college football playoff national championship game. The thing about Brady that I like the most is something I've been talking about quite a bit

here on the show.

Matter of fact, something I've been talking about quite a bit on any platform that I get an

opportunity, and that is the kick return, punt return game.

Last season, Brady saw most of his action as a Hoosier's primary punt returning,

notching 347 yards in a touchdown on 21 punt returns, which is the average of 16 and

a half yards per return while also adding 14 catches for 115 yards and three touchdowns.

It's 16 and a half yards per punt return average finish six in the FBS in 2025.

I'm not saying he's going to be the end all be all. I'm not saying he's going to be the next

Desmond Howard or the next great big time threat back there at the punt return area, you know, and kick return game for the Raiders, but they need somebody, right? The special teams unit's been something I've been talking about quite a bit. That's why I was really high on Zachariah Branch going into the draft. I knew that he had an opportunity to be that guy if, in fact, the Raiders did go and draft him. Obviously, they didn't. he's in Atlanta with the Falcons, which is fine. The Raiders have to be that guy if in fact the Raiders did go and draft him obviously they didn't he's in Atlanta with the Falcons which is fine the Raiders have to address that at some area they have to be able to have a guy back there that could be a threat a guy that when other teams are going to kick to him they have to think about it should we kick to him should we adjust the way we're kicking should we adjust away our coverage and a lot of times when they doing that, that's when mistakes happen. So I just would love to see the Raiders find a guy, establish the guy who could be that real deal threat. If that's Brady, great, right? There's a reason, like I said, that they brought him in. He was there over the weekend at rookie mini camp on a tryout basis. and obviously he was good enough to make the team.

And so they have signed him officially as a Monday.
