Welcome into another episode of the Locked-on Raiders podcast on this Friday, July 26, 2019.

This is a day that a lot of Raider Nation has been waiting for.

Officially, everyone's going to be in training camp today. The rookies already showed up on the 23rd.

The veterans show up today on the 26th, and the first day of practice is on the 27th.

So I know I've been saying all week long that we officially made it, but man, it's real deal, Holyfield. Like, Van der Holifield,

real deal, Holyfield? Yeah, we officially made it now. The offseason is over. Training

camp is here. First practice will be on Saturday, and there'll be the first media session.

John Gruden and Mike Mayock will both be talking later on today. Now, that's obviously not going to

make it on the podcast today because this episode is being recorded early in the morning and has to be put out before they ever get ready to talk because they

will be talking at 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, which means my time would be 1 p.m. in the

afternoon. So they'll be talking at 11 a.m. on the West Coast, 1 p.m. Central Time. 2 p.m. Eastern.
