All right family welcome to speak it is absolute chaos in the National Football League

particularly in Las Vegas the Raiders they made crazy moves today you fire the head coach

you fire the general manager you fire the offensive coordinator but get this as you join

us to talk about the anarchy going on in Las Vegas there's no better person to discuss it

then former Raider himself James Jones a person who does post game analyst for the last two

years with the team of all the voices you have heard on the subject matter today there will be

no more dominant and more educated voice than the one on the far end of the desk so James starting

with you this is a topic in sports today and you all are privileged to tune in to hear from

the man on my left do you agree with the Raiders decision to fire their head coach in the middle

of the season because it's chaotic you agree with it I do I believe this had to happen I mean

I've been in that building for the last two years but I think it it really hit rock bottom these

last two weeks and it's been a bunch of chaos over there especially when you talk about the head

coach and you start with the players right we all bend in these locker rooms to where when you have

a team meeting and you are voicing your frustrations whether it be coach whether it be play calling

whatever it may be we all know we have team means it's only one good thing that could come out

of here and that's going the football field and find a way to win so you can say the team mean helped

that didn't happen right they had a team meeting a lot of these players a lot of these key big time

players fresh day frustrations on things you could have done better things that we want to do things

that we not seeing whatever it may be you had this team meeting you go out there on the offense

inside of the football and you score seven points the defense score to touch down and the defense
