Unfortunately, start things off.

I don't have any news report. Still keep my eye

on the stadium in Oakland and the Raider situation, but there's no good movement yet. At least

there's no finalization yet. It's something that I really kept my eye on. I really think

that I'm going to be reporting on it really, really soon, that it's a done deal, you know,

be able to talk about it as it's official, but nothing yet. So maybe it's going to be this weekend. I know I was

at the same position last Friday thinking that it was going to happen. It hasn't happened yet,

but it's going to happen really soon. You know, the schedule's going to come out in April, so it's

got to be something that's got to be done ASAP, but not anything just yet. Also, there's been

many reports coming out of the bay about the stadium in Vegas not being

done in time, and I don't really believe that that's real. A lot of people that I kind of follow and
